Castle hotels are always our favorite because they feel so much more luxe than any typical hotel. And inside the castle, you’ll find grand fireplaces, historic artwork, and elegant rooms. Dromoland Castle is located in Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare, making it one of the more convenient castle hotels in Ireland to reach. This is one of the major selling points in our opinion.
