What if we told you you could sleep with wolves? Parc Omega, a wildlife safari park in Canada, has a variety of wolf accommodations where you can spend the night sleeping in the wolves’ habitat. Of course, you are completely enclosed, but the large glass windows allow you to feel right next to them and observe them in their natural state. The Parc Omega wolf cabin is a stay you need to experience first-hand to fully appreciate the magic. And once you do, you’ll be telling everyone about it for the rest of your life. What is Parc Omega

Parc Omega is a safari park in Quebec, Canada, with over 700 animals on site. You can experience it by driving through the park in your own vehicle or their rented caged golf carts. We love drive-through safaris because you get to view the animals in comfort. They also have a huge variety of on-site activities, from dining with the bears to tubing to a nighttime light show.

The Wolf Cabin

At Parc Omega, you can choose between the wolf chalets and wolf lodges. There are 11 panoramic chalets, each with a private terrace and a spa. One type of chalet accommodates up to four people with two queen beds inside. The other can sleep up to six, with three queen beds. The large windows in both chalets give you a front-row seat to the wolf packs. The lodges are essentially the same as the chalets, but a bit roomier. They offer lodges for up to 4 people, 6 people, and 8 people.
All of the wolf accommodations include a BBQ and fire pit, so you can have a cozy cookout and s’mores night. They also have fully equipped kitchens, Nespresso and regular coffee makers, underfloor heating, A/C, and a fireplace.
Wolf Interactions
You’ll be staring at the wolves from inside your cabin. It’s important to remember that wolves are wild animals and will move around at their own pace and schedule. Be patient and know these cabins are well set up, so you’ll definitely have plenty of time to see the wolves. You’re completely safe within your accommodation, and there is no way for the animals to access you.
Cost & How to Book
The Parc Omega wolf cabin price fluctuates based on the season and peak dates. But generally, the prices start at $559 CAD for the chalets and $859 CAD for the lodges.
We think the price is worth it for the exclusive experience you get to have with the wolves. Plus, admission to Parc Omega is included when you sleep with the wolves. There’s so much to see at Parc Omega that staying overnight allows you to hit everything without feeling rushed.
The wolf cabins fill up really fast, so be sure to book well in advance. You can book any of the Parc Omega accommodations here.
What Makes Parc Omega Wolf Cabin Special

How often do you get to watch a wild animal for extended periods of time? You might catch a glimpse of a wolf at your local zoo or out in the wild, but you’re only seeing them at a snapshot in time. Sleeping in one of the wolf accommodations at Parc Omega, you get to see the wolves throughout the day and night. You’ll get to see them sleeping, eating, and interacting with each other.
Other Parc Omega Accommodations
If you’re looking to stay overnight at Parc Omega, but don’t want to book the wolf cabins (or they’re already booked up), these other accommodations are great alternatives.
Cabins
The cabins are located in the mountain areas of the park. They’re perfectly rustic and can fit up to four guests. You’ll have access to the Wolf Lookout and see plenty of fallow deer nearby. Be sure to keep some carrots with you! The deer will come up to you if enticed with their favorite food. Staying in a Parc Omega cabin is a great way to unwind, disconnect, and truly immerse yourself in the wildnerness.
House on Stilts
We think this is an excellent choice at Parc Omega because not only do you get access to the Wolf Lookout, but you also get a view of the bears! While there aren’t as many amenities as the wolf cabins (there’s no A/C, heating, private bathroom, full kitchen, etc.), you will feel fully immersed in nature and connected to the animals.
Pods
The pods are essentially log cabins located in the forest area of the park. Despite being in the middle of the wilderness, you’re still provided with electricity, A/C, heating, a kitchenette, and a bathroom to keep you comfortable during your stay. The pods can sleep up to four people. Staying in a pod gives you free access to the park.
Teepees
If you’re looking for a more authentic camping-style experience, stay the night in one of Parc Omega’s teepees. While still comfortable, it’s important to note that there is no electricity in the teepees. And the kitchen and bathroom areas are all shared facilities amongst the campers.
Wi-Tent
If you like the idea of being more in nature, like with the teepees, but need a few more amenities, check out the Wi-tents. These have solar power for lighting, plus indoor and outdoor fireplaces, fallow deer nearby, shared facilities, and an outdoor biological toilet.
Overnight Animal Experiences Around the World
There are tons of unique overnight animal experiences all across the globe. These are a few of our favorites that have the same magic as the Parc Omega wolf cabins.
Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort (Thailand): At Anantara, you can spend the night in one of the resort’s luxury “Jungle Bubbles.” These are air-conditioned glamping domes perched above the elephant habitat. You literally wake up to the sights and sounds of the elephants below.
London Zoo Lodges (UK): Staying overnight at the London Zoo means you get a private after-hours tour, special dinner, and two full days of zoo access.
Pairi Daiza Animal Resort Rooms (Belgium): This is an absolute bucket-list stay. The rooms here overlook the animals’ sanctuaries. Depending on your room, you can see sea lions, polar bears, tigers, penguins, and more! We highly recommend staying in the walrus room.
Parc Animalier Sainte-Croix Wolf Lodges (France): This is one of the most comparable stays to Parc Omega Wolf Cabin. You sleep at the edge of a wolf territory and observe packs of European grey wolves.
Polar Park Wolf Lodge (Norway): This is another similar stay to Parc Omega. It is the northernmost animal park in the whole world, located above the Arctic Circle. This is a more luxurious and bespoke experience. Here, you’ll feel truly immersed in the true habitat of these majestic creatures.
Each of these accommodations offers something distinct, and we can’t wait to visit them all!
We hope you have the most wonderful stay at Parc Omega’s wolf cabins. And if you have any questions about Parc Omega, check out our full detailed post on what it’s like to visit there.
